St. Mary’s School, Chandigarh, celebrated Mother Mary’s Day with great enthusiasm and devotion. The event was organized to honour the blessed mother and emphasize the values of compassion, kindness, and service.
A special assembly was held, which began with a floral tribute and candlelight ceremony, where students and staff offered flowers and lit candles, symbolizing the light of love, peace, and hope. This was followed by a special prayer service, where the gathering prayed for peace, harmony, and blessings.
The students presented a soulful song, filling the atmosphere with devotion and piety. A speech was also delivered highlighting the significance of Mother Mary’s life and teachings, and the importance of emulating her virtues in daily life.
The School Principal, Dr. Martin Das Rao, addressed the students, emphasizing the need to follow Mother Mary’s example of kindness, humility, and selfless service.
